Member Notice: Empower Blue branded Debit and ATM Card Reissue Update
An informational mailer will go out in December explaining the reissue process. The physical cards will be mailed in January, after the holidays. The cause of the delay was due to the addition of the new Empower Blue CU ATM card, that was a late addition to the overall project. This is later than planned but we are trying to avoid disruptions during your busy holiday shopping and travel season. We apologize for the delay and we appreciate your patience.
If your debit card expires in November or December you should be getting your new replacement card before the end of the expiring month.

Holiday Closures: We will close at 1:00p.m. on Wednesday, December 24th (Christmas Eve) and will be closed on Thursday, December 25th and Friday, December 26th in observance of Christmas. We will also be closed on Thursday January 1, 2026 for New Year's Day. 
Auto Deposits and Auto Withdraws will be processed as normal on December 26th. Night Box Deposits will not be processed until Monday December 29th if made after 12:30pm on December 24th. Mobile Deposits will not be processed until Monday December 29th if deposited after 12:30pm on December 24th.
