Full Time Drive Through Teller
Key Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper cash controls
- Provide friendly, prompt service through drive-up windows and pneumatic systems
- Identify opportunities to educate members about products and services
- Resolve routine member concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain compliance with credit union policies and federal regulations
- Support lobby operations when needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cash handling experience required; financial institution experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and professional appearance
- Dependable transportation
